When the matter was listed earlier on 26.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to post matter on 27.04.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Even, today, there is no representation for the petitioner, despite the fact that the matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal". Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
