ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed. No orders as to costs.

3. However, learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that there is due from the petitioner and hence, the petitioner shall be directed to pay the admitted arrears. It is further submitted that the suit is pending for a long period from the year 2007. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Under such circumstances, the District Munsif, Kovilpatti is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in

OS.No.158 of 2007, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Counsel for the petitioner undertaken to pay the arrears as on date immediately.
