ORDER

In this case, this Court, after finding that on number of occasions there is no representation for the petitioner, posted the matter on 23.04.2018 'for dismissal'. However, when the matter once again came up for hearing on 23.04.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a Memo stating that "he has no instructions from the petitioner" and hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner and posted the matter on 05.06.2018. Though notice was sent, the same has now been returned with an endorsement "No such addressee". 2.It is seen that the notice has been sent to the petitioner to the address that is furnished by the plaintiff in the plaint.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is able to see that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
