ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second Respondent to take appropriate action as per the order dated 31.05.2010 and punish the Respondents 3 and 4 under Section 20(1) of Right to Information Act for willfully giving false information.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 has submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, as subsequent to the conclusion of the departmental proceedings, finding some prima facie materials against the concerned erring Officials, awarded punishment of stoppage of increment.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
