The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from following and challenging the petitioner's personal liberty in any manner and also direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action to protect the liberty of the petitioner for violation of her liberty to live in her home peacefully without any harassment by the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner,

Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.M.Sanjay, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner was arrayed as A4 in connection with a case in Crime No.13 of 2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and the 2nd respondent, after conducting investigation filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, which was taken on file as C.C.No.44 of 2012 and the petitioner was acquitted from the said case after trial on 13.02.2017. It is further submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 have not interfered with the personal liberty of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as no further adjudication is necessary.
