Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to make assignment of the property comprised in S.F.No.232, at Pudukkottai South Village in favour of the Slum Dwellers as per the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.94, dated 4.2.1998 and also as per the orders issued by ths Court in W.P.No.12184 of 2009, dated 13.4.2009.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
