PRAYER :- To permit the petitioner to amend the prayer in WP(MD).No. 17249 of 2025 as below and thus render justice. to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Staff Fixation settled by the 3rd respondent CEO for the academic year 2018-2019 in R.C.No. 7002/C1/2018 dated 04.03.2019 (signed on 04.03.2019), in so far as it renders 1 BT Assistant (History) Teacher post as surplus and surrendered to the department and the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No. 002756/Aa2/2024 dated 17.03.2025, quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to approve forthwith the petitioners appointment as B.T. Assistant ( History) in the fifth respondent school w.e.f the original date of the petitioner's appointment viz., 03.06.2018, with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.
