Even though, issues were framed as early as on 15.06.2024, the matter had been adjourned repeatedly for trial, hence there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.161 of 2023 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, however not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
