ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the return note of the learned Principle District Munsif dated 05.12.2012, stating that as to how the suit is maintainable. 2.Learned District Munsif granted two weeks time for representing the papers. However, without doing so, the present Civil Revision petition is filed and unfortunately the same is kept pending for all these years.

3.The Trial Court has returned the paper for representing the same by raising the question of maintainability. Needless to say that it is for the petitioner to represent the papers before the concerned District Munsif Court by explaining the reason as to how the suit is maintainable before the said Court. Without doing so, filing the Civil Revision petition is not proper course of action. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of by granting liberty to represent the papers within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
