ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai to dispose the petition in E.P.No. 79 of 2023 in A.S.No. 85 of 2018 in O.S.No.33 of 2006, on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai as expeditiously. 1/4

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment reported in 2025 INSC 329 in the case of Periyammal (Dead) through Lrs & Ors. v. V. Rajamani And Anr. Etc., had held that the Execution Petition initiated be disposed of within a period of six months. In the present case, the Execution Petition, admittedly had been filed in the year 2023 and therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai to dispose of the EP.No.79 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
