ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.79 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found to be a case of mistake of fact and, accordingly, a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
