By relying on Patta No.7841 in respect of Survey No.129/14B of the extent of 17.45 ares, the petitioner had applied online for survey on 10.10.2025. The present petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that survey would be conducted after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them.

3. In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and complete the entire process within three months from the 2/4
