By relying on Patta No.8028 in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner had applied online for survey of land in Survey No.130/8B of the extent of one are. The present writ petition has been filed on the basis that no action was taken although the application was submitted on 04.07.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that action would be taken after considering the objections of adjoining landowners.

3. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to adjoining landowners and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded 2/4

within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
