ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 and to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property, by considering his complaints dated 19.09.2025 and 03.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an FIR was registered in Crime No.535 of 2025; that the respondent police would consider the request of the petitioner for police protection, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and would communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

3.In view of the above submission, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and to communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
