The petitioner had filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer complaining of the alleged wrongful issuance of patta. The 1/4

present writ petition relates to the early disposal of such appeal.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider the petitioner's grievance and issue a speaking order within three months after providing a reasonable opportunity to all the parties concerned.

3. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2024 after conducting inquiry and providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties concerned. A speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
