This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai, seeking extension of six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2010.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai, by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
