2.Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondent No.1 to 3 in both petitions. Court notice to the sixth respondent was served. The sixth respondent is called absent and set ex-parte.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suits are ready for trial and therefore, he is not pressing these Civil Revision Petitions. However, he prayed for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible. Endorsement is also made. The counsels on record for respondents have no objection for such direction. 4.In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as not-pressed with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur to dispose of the suits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since suit was filed and is pending from 2012 i.e. more than five years and report the same to this Registry. No costs.
