ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioners representation dated 26.09.2025.

2. It is a case of the petitioner that she is in possession of the property, which is constantly disturbed by the private respondent herein.

3. It is a case of the third respondent that he never disturbed the possession of the petitioner and he is in possession of the property.

4. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered by the respondent Police in Crime No.143 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 329(4), 324(4), 115(2), 118(1), 296(b), 351(2) and 3(5) BNS, 2023. It is the further grievance of the petitioner that the said complaint has not been investigated effectively and the private respondent is continuing to commit offences.

5. It is also seen that on the complaint given by the private respondent herein, an FIR has been registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.164 of 2025 against the petitioner. The respondents 1 and 2, therefore, shall conclude the investigation in both FIRs after following PSO 566 and take appropriate action within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
