ORDER
This Civil Revision petition is filed to direct the lower Court for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.49 of 2012 in O.S.No.279 of 2005 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vedasandur, within a stipulated time.
2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking prayer from this Court to dispose of the Execution Petition within a stipulated time, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the decree in O.S.No.279 of 2005 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vedasandur had been executed by getting the sale deed pursuant to the decree for specific performance.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
