In view of the order dated 23.10.2025 in WP(MD)No.29676 of 2025, no further order is required in this writ petition. The petitioner had already sold the property in favour of one Thiru.Murugan and the said Murugan can canvass all the contentions which the petitioner wants to urge. 2.This writ petition is disposed of.
