The petitioner in these civil revision petitions is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Sathankulam.

2.The petitioner after examination of witnesses, filed I.A.Nos.166, 167 and 168 of 2013 in O.S.No.71 of 2011 before the District Munsif, Sathankulam to re-open, to recall PW1 and to permit the petitioner to mark certain registered documents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the suit itself is disposed of and that therefore the prayers sought for in these civil revision petitions have become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as
