ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The writ petitioner is the wife of the third respondent. She had already filed D.V.C.No.4 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aalangudi under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. However, a residential order does not appear to have been obtained. The petitioner will have to necessarily 2/4

move the jurisdictional civil Court or the learned District cum Judicial Magistrate, Aalangudi for getting the relief now sought for before this Court.
