By relying on sale deed dated 26.06.1989 and joint Patta No.1137, the petitioner had applied for the survey of 2400 square feet in Survey No.234/3B1C. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to the communication dated 02.12.2024 from the Assistant Director to the Tahsildar and pointed out that in spite of calling for action by the Tahsildar, no action has been taken till date.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would conduct an inquiry after issuing notice to all the pattadhars and take a decision within three months.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to all the pattadhars under Patta No.1137 and the owners of adjoining lands.
