The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein not to seize the Tractor bearing registration No.TN 47 Z 0091 without following the due process of law.
2.Mr.S.Devaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank would submit that the respondent bank has already filed O.A.No.896 of 2015 before the Dept Recovery Tribunal, Madurai and they have no proposal to seize the petitioner's vehicle without following rule of law.
3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
