O R D E R

The respondents filed a suit in O.S.No.340 of 2009 before the learned I Additional District Munsif, Kulithurai, praying for a decree of declaration and injunction. The respondents valued the suit taking into account the value of the suit property.

2.The petitioners after entering appearance, filed an application before the Trial Court to decide the question of jurisdiction as a preliminary issue. The learned Trial Judge answered it against the petitioners. The order dated 26 October, 2009 in I.A.No.402 of 2009 is under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4.The petitioners wanted the respondents to value the suit property by taking into account the value shown in the document relating to the property purchased by them.

5.The order passed by the learned Trial Judge contain valid reasons in support of his finding. I do not find any error or illegality in the order passed by the learned Trial Judge warranting interference by this Court by exercising the revisional jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
