ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.72 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other competent agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.72 of 2021 was conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact and that RCS notice was served on the petitioner and that the final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report if he is so advised.
