ORDER

This review application has been filed seeking review the order dated 03.07.2025 made in Civil Revision Petition in CRP (MD) No.1066/2023 and allow the Review Petition. This Court, after elaborately hearing the learned counsel on both sides, passed an order on merits disposing of the CRP by order dated 03.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. A Review is a rare remedy and a Review is not an appeal in disguise, whereby an erroneous decision is reheard and corrected. It should be entertained only if error is apparent on the face of the record and not one which has to be searched. There are catena of decisions on the point that the petitioner cannot retake the issues raised in the original petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of this Court, he is at liberty to challenge 2/4

before the appropriate forum. There is no mistake apparent on the face of the records.
