When the matter is taken up for hearing today, pursuant to the order, dated 17.03.2017 the first respondent, namely, Secretary, The District Legal Services Authority, has filed an affidavit stating that the order impugned in the Writ Petition has been recalled as early as on 01.10.2011. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Tiruchy is also present in Court. 2.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following endorsement:

"On Instruction from the writ petitioner through his letter dated 04.04.2017, I may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as not pressed."

3.The affidavit filed by the present Secretary, The District Legal Services Authority, Trichy, is placed on record. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
