By tracing the title from the mother of the petitioners, Sulochana, the petitioners relied on patta Nos.2071, 2073 and 2074 in the name of either the first petitioner or the second petitioner. After submitting an online application for a survey, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the survey has been fixed on 04.11.2025 at 11:30 a.m.

3. In view of the survey being scheduled on 04.11.2025, this Writ 2/4

Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to take further action pursuant to the survey notice and conclude the process within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. If necessary, the revenue officials may take the assistance of the jurisdictional police. No costs. W.M.P.(MD) No. 23038 of 2025 is allowed.
