ORDER

The petitioner / A3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.02.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.95 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused died in prison. To that effect, he has also produced the copy of the FIR.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
