O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 04.02.2019 and the revenue records relating to the property, the petitioner had applied for a survey of the property in survey No.91/3 on 07.08.2025. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands, including the third respondent herein.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. As regards the third respondent, it is submitted that he is the owner of an adjoining land.

4. In these circumstances, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondent herein. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to issue notice to the petitioner, third respondent and the owners of any other adjoining lands, consider 2/4

objections, if any, from them and, thereafter, take a decision on the petitioner's request for a survey. The entire process shall be completed within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
