ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner to the CM cell and the Superintendent of Police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that a similar complaint was initially lodged by the fourth respondent before the Deputy Superintendent of Police and the same was closed; that this Court by an order dated 22.04.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7296 of 2025 had recorded the said fact and that closed the petition, which was filed by the petitioner for a direction not to harass the petitioner. 2/4

4.It is needless to say that the respondent shall take into consideration the closure of the earlier complaint and to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent police shall issue summon to him.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
