By relying on a sale deed dated 09.06.1993, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 25.05.2025 for recording the petitioner's name in the revenue records relating to new survey No.400/16.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the FMB sketch and to the online records to point out that entries relating to survey No. 400/16 have been inadvertently omitted.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the sole respondent. He submits that orders would be issued on merits on the petitioner's representation.

4. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2025 on merits 2/4
