By relying on settlement dated 23.07.2010 and partition deed dated 25.11.2015, the petitioner had applied for subdivision and patta. Being aggrieved by alleged errors in such patta, the petitioner had applied to the Revenue Divisional Officer for rectification thereof. This writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent. He submits that an inquiry would be conducted after issuing notice to the pattadhars and that a speaking order would be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's request for rectification within three 2/4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all the pattadars. No costs.
