ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.141of 2017 pending on his file and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
