2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though the number of delay days for filing the appeal suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.89101 of 2025 has been stated as 2211 days in both the petition and the affidavit, the Registry has wrongly typed the same as 211 days in the cause list, which subsequently got reflected in the order dated 25.11.2025 as well. He further submitted that this is only a typographical error and that a fresh order copy may be issued after correcting the same.
4. Upon perusal of the records, it is found that the petitioner has correctly stated the number of delay days as 2211 days in both the petition and the affidavit. However, the Registry has wrongly typed the number of delay days as 211 days instead of 2211 days, for which explanations were called for from the concerned staffs by the Registry, and the said proceedings are pending before the Registry. 2/6
5. Since it is only a typographical error, the Registry is directed to correct the delay days as 2211 days instead of 211 days in the order dated 25.11.2025 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties concerned forthwith.
