ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to file a final report pursuant to the case in Crime No.65 of 2023 within the time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three
