PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the Respondents to conduct survey and fixes four boundaries of the lands bearing Survey Nos.4/2 and 5/2, situated at Kampali Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District. ORDER

By relying on patta Nos.238 and 250 relating to S.Nos.4/2 and 5/2 respectively, the petitioner had applied online for the survey of the above mentioned lands. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application is at seniority number 9 at present. Therefore, he submits that necessary action would be taken within two months.

3. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and complete the entire process within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
