By relying on a sale deed dated 29.11.2001, the petitioner had applied for patta transfer on 14.02.2023. After submitting multiple representations, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request for mutation of the patta would be considered and disposed of on merits within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for patta transfer within six (6) weeks 2/4
