Challenging the cancellation of licence to run a School, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the impugned order, the petitioner School has been closed till date.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on the other hand submitted that though he had contacted his client on several occasions seeking for instructions, no instructions have been received from the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
