PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to survey the property situated in Natham S.No.422/1B to an extent of 1 Acre and 3.5 cents situated in Arulmigu.Mutharamman kovil, Alangulam, Tenkasi District, with help of 6th respondent`s police protection and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta for the above said property, on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 02.09.2025.
