PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Ni.Mu. (B10)/65219/2022 dated 11.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the earlier Patta Nos.10467 to 10472 stood in the name of the petitioners. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 11.04.2025 passed by the first respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.
3. The only ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners were not put on notice before the impugned orders were passed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 fairly concedes that there is no specific averment in the impugned proceedings to indicate that notice was served on the petitioners.
5. Since the petitioners had not been put on notice before the impugned orders were passed, the impugned orders are set aside and the matter is remanded to the first respondent for fresh consideration. The first respondent shall issue notice to all concerned parties and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
