Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024 and pay eligible gratuity and other monetary benefit along with 10 percent interest.

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the directing to the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024 and pay eligible gratuity and other monetary benefit along with 10 percent interest.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the Personal Assistant to the 3rd respondent had issued a communication dated 07.04.2025, wherein, the claim of the petitioner had been considered and as per the tabulation column in the said communication, it could be seen that the petitioner has already been paid with various amounts. Therefore, there is no necessity to issue mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the same, this writ petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner the challenge the communication dated 07.04.2025 if he is so advised. No costs.
