This petition is filed for quash of the impugned proceedings in C.C. No.227 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed this petition based on the compromise as the defacto complainant agreed to withdraw the complaint as against all the petitioners. However, now the defacto complainant intends to withdraw the complaint against the second petitioner alone and therefore, he sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case all the parties arrive at a compromise in future. 2/4

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
