ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse the petitioners difference amount of Salary, Gratuity, Surrender leave, Provident Fund, Pensions Arrears and to revise Pensions on the basis of 12(3) Settlement dated 31.05.2025 along with 6 percentage interest.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also does not dispute the said fact.

4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
