PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the respondent No.3 herein not to interfere in the Civil disputes in respect of the property comprised in old Sur.No.97/9, New Sur.No. 97/9A, situated at Railway Feeder Road, Thiruppuvanam Pudur Group, Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District and consequently direct the respondent No.3 herein not to harass the petitioners on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complain lodged by the respondent Nos.7 to 10.
