Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose the revision petition for transfer the Patta to the petitioner's name, which is posted on 08.11.2011, within the time as fixed by this Court preferably within four weeks.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 08.11.2011, within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the revision petition filed till 2015 have been disposed of by the second respondent and if the revision petition is still pending, that would be disposed of within a period of four weeks.

3. In the light of the above submission, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.No Costs.
