By alleging that a patta was issued to the fifth respondent for an extent of 2 acres and 50 cents instead of 2 acres and 31 1⁄2 cents, the petitioners had filed a representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Early disposal of such representation is prayed for herein.
2. Learned counsel for the fifth respondent submits that an inquiry should be conducted in relation to the petitioners' request and that the objections of the fifth respondent should be considered in course of such 2/4
inquiry.

Considering the nature of relief claimed and the submissions of the learned counsel for the fifth respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioners' request for rectification of the patta and pass orders thereon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and the fifth respondent.
