ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5, on the basis of the CSR.No. 381 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and FIR was registered in Crime No.59 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
