pending on the file of the 4th Respondent Police and to entrust the same to the 5th Respondent CB-CID herein with a direction to investigate the matter in accordance with law and a further direction to the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks to withdraw the investigation in Crime No. 138 of 2025 pending on the file of the fourth respondent Police and to entrust the same to the fifth respondent.

2.Though the prayer is for transfer of the investigation to the fifth respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the investigation may be monitored by the second respondent. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the investigation shall be monitored by the second respondent.
